Duan Wei Examinations

Last October,2024 Duanwei examinations were held in Handan City, Hebei Province in China.

Master Fu Qing Quan, and several of his senior students sat for their respective examinations.

On the 1st of January,2025 all candidates have received their certificates - a great achievement for Master Fu and the Yongnian Taijiquan World Federation.

Master Fu, following his father Grandmaster Fu Shengyuan was awarded the 8th Duan. In 2005, a young Fu Qing Quan was awarded with the 7th Duan, making him the youngest master in China to obtain such high ranking.

The below is a list of his students that passed their DuanWei Examinations.

Master Jose Gago Garrido 7th Duan

Master Nelson Barosso 7th Duan

(making them the first and only two westerners reaching such high level)

Ms Wu Jinlu 6th Duan

Ms Huang Suqiong 4th Duan

Mr Zhang Binglin 4th Duan
